These Terms govern your use of our platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Client: A user seeking to make or purchase an outfit or other products or services offered by designers.
Designer: A user, which may be an individual or a business, offering products or services through the platform, including tailors, accessory vendors, material vendors, and other fashion-related service providers. Designers must complete a verification process conducted by a third-party service that verifies user identity, business registration (if applicable), and compliance with Instasew’s standards to be approved for using the platform.
Services: All features provided by Instasew, including but not limited to connecting clients and designers, storing style inspirations, catalogs, payments, measurements, and any other functionality of the platform.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Account Registration: You must create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account secure.
• Permitted Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use, including scraping, reverse engineering, fraudulent payments, or sharing offensive content, is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities:
• Misrepresentation or impersonation.
• Using the platform for illegal activities.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Payments for services rendered by designers are processed through our secure payment integrations.
• Instasew is not responsible for disputes arising between you and designers but will provide dispute resolution support.
• Subscription or service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
• Instasew acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by designers.
• Designers are independent contractors and not employees of Instasew.
• All communications and transactions between clients and designers must take place exclusively through the Instasew platform. The exchange of personal contact information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation of this policy, including conducting transactions or communications outside the platform, may result in penalties. Penalties include a tiered fine structure starting at $2,500 for the first offense, escalating up to $10,000 for repeat offenses, and/or termination of the violator's account.
• Designers and clients are required to adhere to a code of conduct that ensures mutual respect, professionalism, and compliance with platform rules.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing designer profiles and verifying their suitability before engaging services.
• Respectful communication between clients and designers.
• Honesty and accuracy in profile details and project descriptions.
• Prompt responses to inquiries and project updates.
• Compliance with all platform policies and standards.
• All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Instasew or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit permission.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• Instasew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Accounts with consistently low reviews and ratings (e.g. an average rating below 3 stars over a period of 6 months) will be flagged for review. This process will include a notification and an opportunity to improve performance within 30 days. Failure to meet platform standards may result in suspension or removal to maintain high standards and excellent integrity.
• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Instasew makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Services.
• Instasew shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the actions of designers, clients, or third-party services, including but not limited to missed deadlines, disputes, unsatisfactory services, or verification failures.
• Instasew is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws when using the Services.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) at their regional office located at 18756 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 200, San Antonio, TX, 78258. This EULA governs your use of the Instasew mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
• Instasew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, noncommercial purposes.
• This license is revocable and may be terminated by Instasew at any time.
• The App, including all software, code, and trademarks, is the property of Instasew or its licensors.
• This EULA does not transfer ownership rights to you.
• Instasew may provide updates or modifications to the App. You agree to install updates to continue using the App.
• Certain features may become unavailable without updating the App.
• The App may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such data collection.
• Instasew may terminate this EULA and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
• The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Instasew makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the App’s performance or suitability for your needs.
• Instasew disclaims liability for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including unauthorized access to data.

You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful purposes.
